Suitable for the hanging of all NZ Boxer Punch Bags  

Benefits:  Allows free rotation of the punch bag, Less wear and tear on the chain system, Less noise and grinding of chains.

We recommend checking Bag chains, etc every 6 months for Commercial gyms and every 12 months for home use. Note  As shackles wear the rate of wear will increase.  Same weight hanging on thinner/worn shackles. Keep an eye on them!
