Returns and Exchange Policy

 

 

At NZ Boxer, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt.

 

Online and in-store Purchases
if you wish to return an item it is not a problem as long as the following applies:

  • the order was delivered to you within the last 28 days
  • the item is unused
  • the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached

If an item is faulty or received in error, please email all the details (order number, issue, any pictures of problem) to sales@nzboxer.com and we will deal with this ASAP



       

 

Exceptions

The below items are excluded from this policy, except where they are faulty

  • Vouchers
  • Underwear or Groin protection
  • Compression Clothing
  • Wholesale orders will ONLY receive a credit on their account. No refunds will be made.
  • Mouthguards
  • Any Item purchased under "final sale"
  • Any NZ Boxer brand items purchased from a reseller or agent. These items should be returned to the reseller under their returns policy.
